General Questions

Do I need to pay a commission to your real estate group if I buy a home directly from your website?

No. For buyers, our services are typically free. In most real estate transactions, the seller pays the commission to their listing agent, who then offers a co-brokerage fee to the buyer’s agent. You will never pay us an extra fee simply for finding the home on our website.
